Their lawyer, Chris Uche (SAN) had, at the pre-hearing, said his client filed a motion to have the proceedings televised.

Justice Haruna Tsammani ruled that Uche’s application would be heard along with other pending ones.

The judge said the application would be considered for hearing after the respondents had filed their responses within the time allowed.
