Sani responds to PDP governors’ efforts to reunite Atiku and the G-5 governors as “waste of time and energy

According to a report, the PDP Governors Forum will reunite Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the governors after they split up before the general election over a leadership dispute. The G-5 governors had demanded the resignation of the party’s suspended national chairman, Senator Iyorchia Ayu, but the latter had refused.

Both camps remained at odds until the general elections, which Atiku Abubakar lost, while Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike persisted in calling for power to return to the South.
