Raheem Sterling’s performance was a pleasant surprise for Chelsea fans. In the first half, he appeared lackluster and disengaged, but he completely turned the game around in the second half.

Sterling’s equalizer, followed by a magnificent strike from a distance, showcased his determination and skill.

Trevoh Chalobah: 7/10

Trevoh Chalobah was instrumental in Chelsea’s attacks from the right flank. His presence in the final third added an extra dimension to the team’s play, frequently linking up with winger Noni Madueke.

Chalobah’s ability to contribute at both ends of the pitch was evident as he made crucial blocks in defense and provided an assist for Sterling’s goal.

His versatility and impact on the game earned him a solid rating.

Edouard Mendy: 3/10
Given a chance to impress in place of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Edouard Mendy had a disappointing outing. His early error in failing to deal with a cross resulted in Forest taking the lead.

Although he had little to do for the remainder of the match, Mendy was unable to prevent Awoniyi from scoring the equalizer. It was a forgettable performance for the usually reliable goalkeeper.

Thiago Silva: 4/10
Thiago Silva endured a difficult afternoon against Nottingham Forest. Awoniyi consistently outmuscled and outmaneuvered the veteran defender, making his presence felt throughout the match.

Silva struggled to cope with the physicality and movement of his opponent. His only saving grace was that Benoit Badiashile, who was tasked with marking Awoniyi, also struggled against him.

Despite Raheem Sterling’s standout performance, Chelsea’s failure to secure a win against Nottingham Forest highlights their ongoing issues at home.

Edouard Mendy’s error and Thiago Silva’s struggles were particularly disappointing. The draw further adds to the frustration for Chelsea, who are in danger of finishing in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

Lampard will need to address the team’s inconsistencies and defensive vulnerabilities as they look to bounce back in their remaining games of the season.
