While some have claimed that since the FCT is regarded as a state, obtaining 25% of the votes there is not required, others believe that because the constitution uses the conjunction “and,” it implies that obtaining 25% of the votes in the FCT is crucial.

One of the Abuja residents who appeared in court today was Prof. Chris Nwaokobia, who urged the judge to address the problem of the Before Tinubu is elected president of Nigeria, FCT must receive 25% of the vote.Continue Reading>>>

As stipulated by the constitution, according to Nwaokobia, they must have a President who wins, and not a president who is elected through’selection’ or through fraud.

According to Nwaokobia, We all concurred in court today that we need a president who wins in accordance with the constitution, not one who wins via deception.
