Neymar is about to leave PSG and names four clubs he might join

Some fans have even protested outside his home, whilst teammate Lionel Messi has also faced such actions from some fans.

French Newspaper Le Parisien has convinced Neymar to perform a U-turn over his future with the club and he is now setting his mind on a quick exit.

Premier League sides Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle are the most recent to have been credited with an interest as well as other European top flight clubs.

In a press conference when the Brazilian was at Barcelona, he confirmed that he loves the English Premier League.

He said in the interview that: “The Premier League is a championship that amazes me.”

“I like the playing style and the teams. And who knows? Someday, I would like to play [in] it, yes. I admire Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool —these are the teams that are always there fighting.”

The Brazilian who is 31 years old now, has made 29 appearances for PSG so far this season, scoring 18 goals and providing 17 assists.

Neymar has not played for PSG since February after he picked up an ankle injury and he is still on the road to recovery.

Currently, his contract with PSG is remaining 2 years after he signed a new contract with the club in the summer of 2021.

Lionel Messi is also on the verge of leaving the French side on a free transfer at the end of his contract which is meant to end in June 2023.

The Brazilian plays as a forward for French side Paris Saint-Germain and the Brazil national team.

The attacker is a prolific goalscorer and renowned playmaker, and he is widely seen as one of the best players in the world as well as one of the greatest Brazilian footballers of all time.

Neymar is one of four players in football history to have scored at least 100 goals for three different clubs.

The Brazilian signed for PSG in 2017 in a move worth €222 million, making him the most expensive player ever.

Internationally, Neymar has scored 77 goals in 124 matches for Brazil since debuting at age 18 and he is the joint-top goalscorer for his national team alongside Pelé.
