ccording to reports coming from VANGUARD, candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Mr. Peter Obi, on Saturday, announced he has lined up 50 witnesses that would testify and tender evidence to ascertain that the 2023 presidential poll was rigged against him. Continue Reading>>>>

In the report, Obi, who revealed that the resumed proceedings on the petition he filed to question the return of the aspirant of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, announced he would need 7 weeks to present his case before the court.

The report claims that while addressing the court through his team of lawyers led by Prof. Awa Kalu, SAN, said he was compelled to demand for the 7 weeks, owing the “a few hiccups” he confronted at the Independent National Electoral Commission. Continue Reading>>>>

“My lords, we still have a few hiccups at INEC because of the order that was made by this court on the 8th of March, authorizing them to permit us to carry out a legal examination of the BVAS. They have not permitted us.

“We are also waiting for some documents we demanded from them,” Prof. Kalu added.
