Labour Party Crisis: Spokesperson Of Apapa’s Faction, Arabambi Told Me APC Paid Him – Ekanem

Ekanem refrained from publicly shaming another LP member in favor of urging his peers to set aside their disagreements.

He underlined the necessity of maintaining the Labour Party’s unity while claiming that the organization has made significant strides in recent months.

Prior to the entrance of Peter Obi, the party’s presidential candidate, Ekanem attributed the party’s improved standing—which was almost nonexistent—to Obi’s engagement.

He also emphasized the party’s continuous problem with priorities that aren’t aligned.

Ekanem also disputed Lamidi Apapa’s claim to be the Labour Party’s national chairman.

He stated that selection of the party’s leadership should be conducted in a convention and that the National Working Committee (NWC) is the proper authority to make such decisions.

The leadership of the party has been under dispute between Julius Abure and Apapa’s side.
