This was revealed by the outgoing president during his speech at the commissioning of the Dangote Refinery in Lagos.

Buhari said, “This mega industry we are commissioning today is a clear example of what can be accomplished when entrepreneurs are encouraged and supported and when an enabling environment for investments and business growth is created.  Continue Reading>>>

“I am convinced that my successor, His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will maintain and deepen the framework of our public-private partnership policies in order to accelerate the speed of our economic growth and development.

”I am pleased to put our economy in the capable hands of others. I implore and encourage our country’s other outstanding entrepreneurs to follow in the footsteps of this renowned Nigerian industrialist and help the government speed up our progress in order to realise our country’s globally recognised economic potential.”
