The mother called on God and showed concern for her children more than anything. It would not be good for them to live without one of their parents. She may be co-parenting, but surely that has not been enough for her to deal with her personal side. Sometimes, when you see someone happy in public, it may not be what you see. It may be possible that the person is going through something hard.

Recently, on social media, she has shared what anxiety it is for her after she took a hiatus from the platform. The radio DJ said she has been doing soul-searching and having deep conversations with herself, as that is known to her. Manaka said that since she decided to treat the attacks or things that triggered her anxiety as reminders to slow down and breathe, She added that she was also implementing her change in perspective into her day-to-day tasks.

My mind is so loud of this late, life is hard and I am trying my best but my best seems to be not enough, she wrote in an Instagram post. The star noted that she completely understands souls, spirits and people that commit suicide. I get it. I get them. I have decided to change my perspective on it because I don’t like to spend time with things that make me scared, and that feeling makes me scared – every time I get in a space where I’m feeling a little bit anxious, I get a little bit afraid.”

Instead of seeing the attacks as an attack, I see them as a reminder to slow down, like pause, breathe a little bit,” said Ranaka. “In 2022, South African rapper Ricky Rick took also took to his social media about suicidal thoughts and ‘hearing voices’, and later committed suicide in February 2022.”

“You are loved. Wholeheartedly. You still have so much living to do in the best way possible. Hang in there and seek professional help, mama. This too shall pass,” Boity Thulo wrote. “Sending you lots of love, strength and prayers. This too shall pass Dineo,” said Thami Kotlolo.

“There’s no permanent problem my queen stay strong, everything will pass. Sending love to you,” wrote Makhadzi.
