Going further, the renowned lawyer also revealed that the judges granted the request for the consolidation of the petitions filed by both Obi and Atiku. He then went on to call for prayers from Labour Party supporters.

As expected, Okonkwo’s update has sparked a flurry of reactions from a cross-section of Nigerians online with many trooping to the comments section to share their thoughts.

While some persons lamented the short period of time given to Obi, especially in the light of Labour Party’s recent allegations against INEC, others, however, expressed optimism over the court granting both petitioners the request to consolidate their cases. A few others offered up prayers for the Labour Party’s legal team.
