According to a news that was published by the Leadership Newspaper online yesterday, it was reported that in a development, the rift between the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila, and the Chairman of the House Committee on Finance, Honourable Abiodun Faleke, has been settled by Tinubu. It was reported that the duo, were locked in battle over the Speakership position of the 10th House of Representatives, with two of them supporting different aspirants for the top job, as Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila, openly supported the Chairman of the House Committee on Land Transportation, Honourable Tajudeen Abbas, while Honourable Faleke, was in the vanguard of those canvassing support for Honourable Aminu Sani Jaji, who is representing the Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency of Zamfara State.


Leadership made it known that the two allies of the president-elect, Chief Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, were also in supremacy battle over who will become the Chief of Staff to the incoming president of the country. Continue Reading>>>>

He said, “In a meeting with Tinubu and Gbajabiamila, Faleke was mandated to dump Jaji.The much-advertised rift between Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila and Honourable Abiodun Faleke, is over. Two of them are allies of the President-elect and he has called them to order. They have been prevailed upon to sheathe their swords. They were told that, Asiwaju boys should not be seen fighting each other openly over anything.”
