It is no doubt that the outcome of the 2023 presidential election held on the 25th of February, is highly contested, In fact Peter Obi and Atiku are currently in Presidential election tribunal, challenging the election outcome.Continue Reading>>>

However, Ambrose Owuru’s grief was different. He contested to be president in 2019, now, he claimed he won the 2019 election but Buhari used his tenure and so therefore, the court should declare the President’s seat vacant and swear him in as the authentic winner of the 2019 election now.

Jamil Tukur, the Justice who read the judgment, said that Ambrose Owuru has committed a gross abuse of the court process by filling ” a frivolous, vexatious, and irritating suit to provoke the respondent (Tinubu)”. Justine Tukur then fined him 40 million naira for filing such a frivolous case.

As expected reactions trailed the report,
