Buhari has promised Nigeria and the people of Kano to deliver dividends to democracy.

He commended the President for the efforts in Kano State and for inaugurating the largest detention center.

The Vanguard reports that of the four projects virtually inaugurated by President Buhari, three are in Kano, including the Nigerian Navy’s logistics school, Dawakin Tofa, a state-of-the-art 3,000-capacity correctional center, and the new Mallam International Terminal Building at Aminu Kano International Airport.

Nigerian Correctional Services Inspector General Halliru Nababa said the project is a world-class center and the first of its kind in the country, which is among the few of its kind on the African continent.
