In an interview with Channels Television’s Politics Today program, Professor Soludo made the remark in response to Seun Okinbaloye’s question about whether he feels like he has said so now that the outcome of the presidential election may not be in favor of his brother, Peter Obi.

Nothing Seun Okinbaloye can do to me today to bring me into that dispute, Charles Soludo responded. But, he replied, the election is over and the past is the past. He justified his remarks by citing historical precedent.Continue Reading>>>

Nothing you can do right now will cause me to revisit that controversy, which I believe has long since passed. The election is over and our predictions came true. That’ll have to wait for now. In hindsight, I believe I have put in my claim for immortality.
