It’s worth noting that INEC also discounted Peter Obi’s petitions against Tinubu.

The refusal of the court to call INEC as evidence of Tinubu’s win in the official political decision, as stated by Regulation Mefor, is what led to INEC’s contribution. Tinubu’s victory might have been confirmed by the court if INEC had been summoned to confirm the results.

Since the court has already determined that INEC fulfilled its duties, no more argument on their behalf is necessary. The court must now fix whatever mistakes that have been made. “INEC would not have intervened in the petitions filed against Bola Tinubu if the court had ordered INEC to show how Tinubu won the election,” Dr. Law Mefor added.
